There are only a hand full of the very early MGC Models that are extremely hard to find - this would be one of them. Made by MGC (Model Guns Corporation of Japan). We believe this was made in the mid to late 1980's.

On the barrel, the gun reads German Pollzei U. Dienst AutoMatisch Pistole Kal 635-bl. Mod pdp.
